WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PRODUCT MELTS:

Jumby's products do not contain any synthetic additives. Instead, Jumby only uses Certified USDA/Certified NSF Organic products. At times, in warm climates, balms will soften or melt because there is nothing artificial in our products to keep them from melting. If this happens, simply put in the refrigerator or freezer for 20 minutes. Your product will be back to a solid in no time!
